Licensed since 1997 and holding broker licenses in Georgia and Tennessee, Jody is a certified Georgia Registered Appraiser with extensive knowledge of property development and market dynamics. His professional journey took an interesting turn in 2013 when he managed a real estate portfolio for Fannie Mae in Florida, gaining unique insights into large-scale property management.
Returning to his roots in 2016, Jody founded Nicholson Properties, and in 2025 launched The Nicholson Group at Remax Mountain Properties.
